I'm Haul-Long! Nathan Petersen. I'm in Layton. I'm also on the Bear Trail as Haul-Long Station. Nice to get in touch.
Any of the Utah Bears ride?
Howdy! I'm Metz from SLC. My Dad's family is originally from the Beaver/Minersville area; they moved to SLC in the 40s and to California in the 60s, my Dad returned to retire in central Utah in the 2000s.
Awesome! We had our move in date delayed another ten days, but we'll be moving in about 25 days and we can't wait. I'm looking forward to gardening and raising animals on our half acre backyard! That's so cool there's another bear with ties to Mt Pleasant! Crushing.
I'm xander, in the saratoga/lehi area.
@pinionlabs I have been looking for land in the Kamas area for a while now (wouldn't mind woodland at all) but I just barely got my wife on board. Let me know if you know/learn of anyone looking to sell some land (preferably with water rights, but that won't necessarily stop me).
@LogosOrDieBear thanks for the offer to help! We just got it done this weekend and are renting now here in Sanpete County. We found a pretty good little rental. There is so much more for sale here than what I could find online. Feels so good to be out of the city.
@metzengerstein crazy question but you don’t happen to know the Mendenhalls do you? They live in Mt Pleasant and pretty sure they homeschool their grandchildren.
@crystal-2 i lived almost my entire life in Taylorsville. Loved it so much we bought a house there. I grew up behind Eisenhower Jr High then rented in T-Ville before finally buying a house in the southwest corner of the city. We are looking for land in Sanpete County, it’s
I'm interested in meeting any Bears in SL County or Utah County.

Would love to help pulling a Utah group together.
I'm in Sevier County near Salina, Utah
@matt-dahlman @nomad6 Mom's Cafe in Salina is one of the best diners I've visited. Always make sure to hit it on the way to Fish Lake on family trips. Highly recommend.
Hey all. This The Firestarter Bear (Thomas D). Trying to claw my way out of Babylon. I live in the south end of the State—StG area. Utah native all of my life. Grew up in Sanpete County. I've listened to BB's broadcasts since the mid-400's so I've been enjoying the gravy flow for at least a couple years. Glad to meet you all!
